Same-day discharge rides are our specialty. Call us as soon as discharge is confirmed — we typically arrive within 1–2 hours depending on location and availability. For planned discharges, book 24 hours in advance.
Can the discharge planner call you directly?
Yes. Hospital social workers and discharge planners can call us at 602-499-2975 to arrange transport for their patients. We work with case management teams regularly and understand the coordination process.
Do you transport to skilled nursing facilities?
Yes. We handle hospital-to-SNF transfers, hospital-to-rehab transfers, and SNF-to-home transport. We serve skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Phoenix metro area.
What if the patient needs a wheelchair?
Our vehicles accommodate wheelchair transport. Let us know the patient's mobility needs when booking and we'll send the appropriate vehicle with a driver trained for wheelchair transfers.
Does insurance cover hospital discharge transportation?
Many plans, including AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid), cover NEMT for hospital discharges. Contact the patient's insurance to verify. We can provide ride documentation for insurance purposes.
