Dialysis Transportation
Reliable Dialysis Rides in Phoenix, AZ
Missing a dialysis session is a medical emergency. Tiger Transports provides dependable, on-time transportation to every appointment — so you never have to worry about how you'll get there.
Why Reliable Dialysis Transport Matters
Dialysis patients typically attend three sessions per week, every week — often for years. A missed session can cause dangerous fluid and toxin buildup within 24–48 hours. Rideshare drivers can cancel, arrive late, or refuse to assist passengers with mobility needs. Tiger Transports is a licensed NEMT provider trained specifically for medical transport — we understand the stakes and we show up.

Common Questions
Dialysis Transport FAQ
Can I set up a recurring weekly dialysis schedule?
Yes. Most of our dialysis patients book a standing weekly schedule — Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. You book once and we handle every session. Just let us know if your schedule changes.
What if my dialysis session runs long?
We monitor your expected session length and wait for you. Dialysis sessions can run over — we account for that and won't leave you stranded.
Do you assist passengers who use a wheelchair?
Yes. Our vehicles are equipped for wheelchair transport and our drivers are trained to assist with boarding, securing the wheelchair, and transfers. Please let us know your mobility needs when booking.
Does insurance cover dialysis transportation?
Many insurance plans, including AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid), cover NEMT for dialysis patients. Contact your plan to verify your benefit. We can provide documentation of your rides for insurance purposes.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for scheduled dialysis rides. For recurring schedules, book once and you're set. Same-day rides may be available — call us directly at 602-499-2975.
