I would give 10 stars!! It is very comforting to feel safe. My husband is recent amputee and finding reliable and safe transport is hard. Use these guys cheaper than the normal. Great driver Tim thanks for your help today. Will use this company again. Once again Tiger came through. And special thanks to Shaun the owner. He cut a deal with us to save us money!!! This is the most caring company!! My husband needs a treatment that is every day and they are helping us. Caring, safe transport. 100 STARS

Fantastic Customer Service!!! Tina promptly answered my call, all my questions, and made booking transport of my 91 year old mother in a wheel chair to get her passport a stressfree process. Tina also called the day before to confirm and assure me the driver would not be late. Chester arrived 5 minutes early, was courteous, calm, experienced, and a smooth driver. Chester was very attentive to my mother's needs throughout the drive, got us to our appointmnet early, was right there waiting for us inside the passport office when we finished, and got us home safely without delay. I highly recommend Tiger Transports. Best experience, best service, best prices. Tina and Chester really care! Thank you so very much.

When I first saw that Tiger Transportation had nothing but five-star ratings, I was skeptical. In my extensive experience, it's rare to find a company that consistently receives perfect reviews. It's almost impossible for everyone to be completely satisfied and take the time to write a glowing review. However, when it came time for my trip, I was pleasantly surprised. The van looked like it had just come out of the car wash, and the carpet appeared freshly vacuumed. The tinted windows were a significant plus, especially in Arizona's 100+ degree weather. The driver, a young man, exhibited the politeness and courtesy of a seasoned professional. He was pleasant, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about my comfort. Additionally, he was an excellent driver, navigating corners smoothly. The only minor issue I encountered was that he was five minutes late for the return trip pickup. Fortunately, I was waiting in an air-conditioned building, so it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Overall, my experience with Tiger Transportation was very positive, and I certainly would not hesitate to use their services again in the future

I am so glad I found Tiger Transportation to handle my needs. I have Medicare and ACCCHS and per their protocol I need to go through them to arrange for any medical transport, (This is a free service.) Well, after having so many missed appointments, hardly any communication about delays or updates, feeling unsafe and a driver actually crashing into my vehicle when i got dropped off, I knew that if I wanted to get to my appointments on time and not have to worry about my safety or their vehicles breaking down on me, I needed to go on my own and hire a private transport company that has excellent reviews. Guess what, I found Tiger Transportation. Everything from scheduling my appointment, having constant communication with Tina (who is amazing by the way,) to the driver's who came for me, waited, and picked me up to transfer me to my appointments, I knew I made the right decision. Although I went against what I was told I had to do by ACCCHS to get my free rides, I did not mind having to pay out of pocket for my trips. Knowing that I have about a 0% for ACCCHS to reimburse me, I didn't mind. Their vehicles are super clean, in perfect working condition and they met all safety requirements. I especially want to give a huge shout out to my drivers, Chet, Renee and Orlando. Your professionalism, accuracy and caring ways is why I will keep choosing Tiger for my transport needs. If I could give you all 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much for getting me to where I needed to go and for getting me home safe.

I rode with Tiger Transportation and both the employees and the owner handled me with care and dignity. I don't get that with every transportation company I have to deal with. I was a little emotional after an appointment I had and the owner so happened to picked me up for my ride home. He showed concern and compassion and had me feeling 100% better by the time he dropped me off at home. It meant a great deal, thank you 🙏🏽
